About Faith Dental Center
Located at 1100 E Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL 32308, Faith Dental Center operates as a dentist serving Tallahassee in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Faith Dental Center at (833) 205-2558; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Its Google rating stands at 2.9 out of 5 from 16 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Tallahassee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tallahassee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I wouldn't normally do this but normally I say whats on my mind. This is the worst dentist I've ever experienced. He's very slow. I went to get dental work for the same thing on three different occasions, each time I was in his office no less than 4 hours. To top all that, he still didn't fix the issue. He ended up sending me to a specialist that he didn't want to pay. I now drive two hours to the dentist. He has caused me to have trust issues with people here in town because of his poor performance. One bad apple! Mark my words people this isn't a good dentist. Try your luck elsewhere...

The dentist himself is very nice, does good work and had what I consider a good aura, I'm good about those things but the dental assistants....rude. Typical of what you don't want to see in a black office but we always fail right. I once overheard one of the women being completely uncaring to a guy whom was in a lot of pain and could not afford a procedure, having just been in his position I wanted to step out the room and help him myself, she completely lacked compassion. I then listened to her and the other one discuss him negatively when he walked away. Very unprofessional and a bit snooty like they're highly paid dentist themselves.

I called to get an appointment for Laser Dentistry...Gave all info the receptionist asked for and she said she would verify my insurance and call me back.. Its been over a week and still no phone call back. This office is NOT a professional one! I found another dentist that does the laser and have an appointment. Don't think this dental office is suitable to be in if they have no more courtesy than that

The front desk lady seemed to be very helpful but my main issue was when I was taken into the back room i was told "you are aware that there is a $50 fee for this visit right?" I asked why, and brought my insurance coverage sheet. She said for a REQUIRED panoramic x-ray. I know that Panoramic X-Rays DO NOT show decay\cavities, she gave me a very mean and ugly stare and said "...we know what we're doing here sir." So I asked why I have to pay for it and she said "the doctor requires it", so I asked if we could just do the FMX x-rays and she said no. I asked if there was any way I could opt out of the panoramic x-rays and she said no, not if I wanted any services done there. She said that they will be doing both and "that the normal ones are free but you have to pay for the panoramic x-ray". And having a mother that's been in this business longer than I've been alive (not living here as I live on my own and support myself) tell me that panoramic x-rays are completely unnecessary and not only that, but they would be exposing me to HIGH,over double the amount, of radiation recommended, let alone necessary, and that they are just trying to make huge amounts of money off both me, and my
